Capital Heights
Capital Heights was developed in 1918 by builder/developer Charles Roseman. This subdivision is one of the oldest in Baton Rouge. Due to the strong civic association formed in 1992, the subdivision has seen an increase in property values. Capital Heights has approximately 780 homes. The neighborhood boasts a friendly atmosphere with joggers, welcoming neighbors, picket fences and cottage-style homes.
Capital Heights is also close by many places to eat. Whether you like italian, greek, mexican, chinese, french or fast food, your taste buds will be adequately taken care of. Bistro Byrons, Superior Grill, Anthony’s Italian Deli and Arzis just to name a few.
