Bill Arey, REALTOR, has lived in south Baton Rouge his entire life.  He had a successful 25 years in sales and management, but had thought about selling real estate for some time.  Once the opportunity came to join his good friend, Pat Wattam, in her business, Bill jumped at the chance!!  “With Bill’s background, I knew he would be a natural at real estate.  Given his knowledge of the Old Baton Rouge area, he will be a real asset to the team!” says Pat Wattam.

Bill is not only a native son, he is also a graduate of LSU with Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees. Bill still has a strong interest in music – classical guitar especially – and photography, as well as traveling with his family. Bill is the proud father of two daughter – Christina and Elizabeth.
